Mike Calitri is an American former professional baseball player and coach.

He played in the minor leagues from 2000 to 2003 for the Cincinnati Reds and the Boston Red Sox organization. He was a first baseman and third baseman, and in his best season in 2001, he hit 20 doubles and 18 homers in 119 games between the two teams.
Calitri played college baseball at Clemson University, appearing in the 2000 College World Series. He returned to school after his playing career to complete his degree.
In 2005, Tim Corbin hired Calitri to serve as the Director of Baseball Operations at Vanderbilt University. Previously Corbin had recruited Calitri to play at Clemson when Corbin was the Tigers’ recruiting coordinator.

Calitri stayed in this role until 2009 when the Tampa Bay Rays hired him as their advanced scouting coordinator. He joined the Cleveland Indians organization in 2013 where he was a major league scout from 2013 to 2017.
In 2018, Calitri joined the Philadelphia Phillies as manager of advanced scouting.
In 2021, he was added to the major league coaching staff as a quality assurance coach.
