Miles Stanton Obituary

On Monday, Nov.14, 2022, officials found the body of Miles Stanton, a 21-year-old man who was reported missing in October after moving to Tualatin.

Stanton was reported missing in Marion County, Oregon, in October, after he completed an afternoon shift as a FedEx driver.

He had been missing for 19 days and had only been living in Oregon for 18 days when he disappeared.

Miles’ mother Laura confirmed his death via a Facebook post dated Nov. 14.

The Facebook post stated that “family and a few volunteers found Miles today.” It adds that “his spirit is no longer with us.”

“We are broken,” Laura wrote. “I am unable to imagine a life without him.”

Prior to his disappearance, Miles was working at FedEx in Portland, so upon receiving information about her son’s disappearnace, Laura called FedEx.

She was told that Miles had been working there for two weeks and that the last day he worked was the 20th.

Laura, who was able to gain access to Miles’ credit card revealed that his credit card was last used on the 20th and added that his phone also last pinged on October 20 in the Aurora – Woodburn area.

Miles was 1.78m tall, weighed 74.8 kg and had brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans, black sneakers, and a black beanie.

He also has two tattoos, one above each knee, one of them being a bison.

He was last seen driving a black 1997 Honda CR-V with Utah license plate number U203HR that has skateboard and anime stickers on it.
