Nathan Rourke is a Canadian professional football quarterback who is 6 ft 1 in (1.85 m) tall. Nathan Rourke currently plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL).

Nathan Rourke made a commitment to play collegiate football at Fort Scott Community college in Fort Scott, Kansas. During his time at Fort Scott, he was selected first-team All-KJCCC.
He subsequently transferred to Ohio University and started as quarterback for the Bobcats for three years. Rourke led the Bobcats to a 25-14 overall record as a starting quarterback, including three consecutive bowl victories in the 2017 Bahamas Bowl.

He also won the 2018 Frisco Bowl and the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl (January 2020). He was the first recipient of the Jon Cornish Trophy as the best Canadian football player in the NCAA in 2017, and he won it again in 2018.
Rourke was ranked seventh overall in the 2020 CFL draft, after being ranked third overall in both September and December of 2019. He was eventually picked in the second round by the BC Lions with the 15th overall pick. Rourke set the single-season CFL record for completion percentage (78.7%) during the 2022 CFL season.
