Patrick Sandoval is a professional baseball pitcher who plays in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Angels.

He is the son of Jorge Sandoval and Robin Sandoval. He grew up going to Angel Stadium to watch games.
Sandoval was a part of an Angels-themed Little League club when he was 8 years old, and he pitched for the first time that year. His father Jorge was strict regarding baseball training
Patrick Sandoval attended Mission Viejo High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete and a standout baseball prospect, making all-county and all-league teams.

Patrick Sandoval was picked in the 11th round of the 2015 MLB draft by the Houston Astros. He debuted in the majors in 2019 for for the Los Angeles Angels and spent his first two seasons alternating between the starting rotation and the bullpen.
His father Jorge travelled to Dodgers Stadium to support his son during the Angels’ spring training in 2019.
Jorge mentioned on Facebook that he works for the goods service Conway Western Express and has shared photos of his family. In 1985, he graduated from Ivan Petrovich Pavlov.
Patrick Sandoval pitched for the Mexico national baseball team, managed by Angels first base coach Benji Gil, in the 2023 World Baseball Classic (WBC).
