Paulina Rubio is a Mexican singer. She is the daughter of Susana Dosamantes and Enrique Rubio. She first received recognition as a member of the successful pop group, Timbiriche from 1982 through 1991.

Rubio has sold over 15 million records, making her one of the best-selling Latin music artists of all time.

Susana was one of the most loved actresses in Mexico known for her appearance in telenovelas such as Noche de Carnaval and Los Tres Mosqueteros.

Susana won the 1990 TVyNovelas, “Best Antagonist Actress” award for her part in the Morir para vivir telenovela.
Since 1968, she worked in around 50 movies and TV series, including several telenovelas. She also starred in several movies like Lobo, Day of Assassin and Hitman, and worked in the telenovela, El Juramento.

Enrique is the father of Paulina Rabio. He was a Spanish-born lawyer. They isn’t much information about her father as he is not as famous as her mother, Susana.
