The Danish professional soccer player Pernille Harder plays as an attacking midfielder or a forward for Frauen-Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Denmark national team.
A native of Ikast, Denmark, Harder began her football career with the youth system of Tulstrup-Faurholt from 1997 to 2005 before joining the Ikast youth team for two years.
Following her stints with Ikast, Harder joined the Danish Women’s League club Vejlby Skovbakken Aarhus for two seasons (2010–2012).

She then move to Sweden where she signed with Linköpings FC in 2012. After scoring all four goals in the club’s 4–1 win at relegation-bound Sunnanå SK in September 2013, Harder went on to score 17 goals in 22 appearances for Linköping in the 2015 Damallsvenskan season.
After winning the Damallsvenskan League Player of the Year in 2016 for the second time, Harder signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with VfL Wolfsburg on January 2017.
Harder also had a stint with Chelsea Football Club Women (2020–2023) prior to signing a three-year contract with Bayern Munich on June 1, 2023.
