Perry Dozier Jr., an American basketball player, currently plays for the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Dozier played collegiate basketball for the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Dozier and the Boston Celtics agreed to a two-way contract on August 21, 2018. He was chosen for the All-NBA G League team in February 2019. He became a free agent in June 2019 after the Celtics elected not to renew his contract.
In July of the same year, Dozier took part in the Summer League with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Dozier signed a one-year contract with the Denver Nuggets on August 13 of this year, and on September 1 of this year, he joined the NBA G League’s Windy City Bulls.
On January 11, 2020, Dozier had a game-high 32 points, nine assists, eight rebounds, two steals, and one block against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

On January 15, he took over for the hurt Jamal Murray, and in his first game for Denver, he scored 12 points. The Nuggets then converted Dozier’s two-way contract into a multi-year NBA contract.
Dozier suffered an ACL tear in his left knee on November 23, 2021, while competing against the Portland Trail Blazers. The following day, it was confirmed that the injuries was permanently debilitating.
Dozier was acquired by the Boston Celtics on January 19, 2022, as part of a three-team trade that also featured the San Antonio Spurs. Later, he was traded to the Orlando Magic on February 10, 2022.
