Rachel Campos-Duffy Accident

Rachel Campos-Duffy was involved in a terrible accident on October 22, 2001, while the filming of the fifth season of the show The Real World (set in Miami) was ongoing.

Rachel Campos-Duffy was involved in a head-on car collision where the driver of an oncoming vehicle fell asleep at the wheel.

Rachel Campos-Duffy’s boyfriend and his friend who was driving their rented car died in the accident while she was thrown out of the passenger-side window. The injuries she got from the car accident resulted in arthritis, a limp and difficulty running in her right leg.

Also, in January 2018, Rachel Campos-Duffy, her partner U.S. Representative Sean Duffy and their eight children were aboard the Amtrak train that collided with a garbage truck in Crozet, Virginia, a town about 126 miles away from Washington, DC. The crash killed one person and seriously injured another. The train was reportedly carrying the family and other Republican members of Congress to a retreat in West Virginia.

Rachel Campos-Duffy has appeared as a guest host on the ABC talk show The View. She was also a guest host of the show Outnumbered on Fox News.
