Rashaad Armein Penny, a professional American football running back who was born on February 2, 1996, is presently a member of the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).

Penny played collegiate football for the San Diego State Aztecs from 2014 through 2017 before signing with the NFL. He had a stellar career while attending San Diego State, particularly during his final year in 2017.
With an amazing total of 2,248 yards on 289 carries, averaging 7.8 yards per carry, Penny led the country in rushing yards that year. Moreover, he grabbed 19 receptions for 135 yards and two touchdowns, and he scored 23 touchdowns. In addition, he returned two kickoffs and one punt for scores.
