Ray Coyle is an Irish businessman and founder of Tayto Park.

Born in Meath, Ireland, Coyle began his career as a potatoes farmer in Curraha, Meath before setting up Largo Foods, the company that produced Tayto crisps in 1982.

Coyle purchased the Tayto brand in 2006 and started building Tayto Park in 2008.

The park, which was officially opened in 2010, has had over five million visitors since its establishment.

Coyle first sold a stake in Largo Foods to German firm Intersnack in 2007 and then sold his remaining stake in 2015.

He stepped down as chairman of the company in  2016. Largo Foods changed its name to Tayto Snacks in 2019.

Tayto Park announced in February that it will be renamed in early 2023, as the title sponsorship from the crisp company is set to end.

Ray Coyle passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the age of 70.

Rosamond Coyle widely known as Roz was the wife of Ray Coyle.

The pair had two children; son Charles Coyle and daughter Natalya Coyle.

Roz Coyle is not in the spotlight, hence her details are under the radar.
