Rosalinda González Valencia, a businesswoman from Mexico and alleged money launderer for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), a criminal organization with its headquarters in Jalisco, was born in 1962 or 1963. She has also been referred to as La Jefa (The Boss).

She is wed to Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (“El Mencho”), the leader of the CJNG and Mexico’s most sought man. Rosalinda, who was raised in a household of 18 siblings and was born in a rural area of Michoacán, was the oldest of her sisters.

Initially raising avocados, her family later switched to raising marijuana and opium poppies. Her family established the Milenio Cartel in the 1970s, which was the forerunner of the CJNG, and started smuggling drugs from Mexico to the United States.
