Roxy Maxine McNeely is an American former sales secretary of a radio station WHB in Kansas City, Missouri who gained massive popularity as the first wife of the National Marconi Radio Award winner, Rush Limbaugh.

McNeely’s ex-husband Limbaugh was an American radio personality, conservative political commentator, author, and television show host. He was best known as the host of The Rush Limbaugh Show, which was nationally syndicated on AM and FM radio stations.

First of all, Rush Married Roxy McNeely in 1977 but the couple later divorced in 1980. The couple first met in 1976 when Rush went on a blind date with Roxy Maxine McNeely, an outgoing woman with long, reddish-brown hair who was then working as a sales secretary at WHB.
