Scott Rudin is a well known producer for film, television and theatre.
Born on July 14, 1958, in Baldwin, New York, Rudin is one of the few people who have won an EGOT – Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony awards.
Some of Rudin’s productions include “No Country for Old Men”, which won an Academy Award for Best Picture, “Uncut Gems, Lady Bird, Fences, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Social Network, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, School of Rock, Zoolander, The Truman Show, Clueless, and The Addams Family.”

He has also done a number of Broadway productions such as “The Book of Mormon, Hello, Dolly!, The Humans, A View from the Bridge, Fences and Passion”, all of which have won him 17 Tony Awards.
His production of “The Book of Mormon” was played in over 3,740 Broadway performances as of 2020, across London, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the United States.
However, Rudin had paused his film productions in 2022, following allegations of abusive behavior towards his employees.
