Sebastian Croft was born on December 16, 2001, in Oxford, United Kingdom to an English father and a Greek Cypriot mother. He attended the Abingdon-on-Thames branch of Stagecoach where he began pursuing acting at the age of 7.
Sebastian Croft also attended the Dragon School for preparatory school as well as the St Edward’s School, Oxford for GCSEs. He completed A-Levels in English, Philosophy, and Film. He started his career as a child actor on stage and then proceeded to make his television debut as Young Ned Stark in Game of Thrones in 2016.

Sebastian Croft made his first West End stage appearance in 2010 in Sam Mendes’ production of Oliver! (Theatre Royal Drury Lane). He has appeared in Houdini and Doyle, Penny Dreadful, Game of Thrones, The Hippopotamus, Music, War and Love, Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans.
Sebastian Croft received a BAFTA Children’s Award nomination for his role as Atti in Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans (2019). As a voice actor, his work includes the film Where is Anne Frank (2021) and “Ice”.

Sebastian Croft has also starred in the DC Universe series Doom Patrol as well as Heartstopper, the Netflix adaptation of the webcomic and graphic novel of the same name by Alice Oseman as Ben Hope in 2022.
