The 5-time Ballon d’Or winner made this announcement on his social media pages a while ago expressing how happy he is to return to the club which made him a successful footballer. He mentioned that he won his first league title, got his first call to the national team, won his first champions league, first golden boot, first Ballon D’or, and more at the club. He mentioned that he is so grateful to the officials of the team for calling him back to prove himself worthy again. He ended his statement by saying he came back because he wants to appreciate everything Sir Alex Ferguson has done for him.
Sir Ferguson is one of the club’s most successful managers if not the most successful. During his 26 years at Man United, he won 38 trophies including 13 Premier League titles, 5 FA Cups, and 2 Champions League titles. Cristiano Ronaldo’s move from Serie A’s Juventus broke the internet record as being the most liked sports-related content on Instagram and Twitter. He has joined Man United on a two-year deal.
