Solomon Gardner died days after being involved in a gross accident. Amidst the tragic event, he sustained traumatic brain injuries which complicated his health status.
Solomon Gardner reportedly died at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle at the age of 16. After he was admitted to the ICU of the health center, it’s been publicized that his friends set up a gofundme account to aid his parents to foot his medical bills.
The financial support account gave his family an amount of $14,000. His demise had gotten his baseball team players and coaches in shock.

Speaking with the News Tribute, Olympia High School baseball coach Derek Weldon stated:
“Solo was a high-energy, big-loving personality,”
“He lit up the room when he came into it. It’s incredibly sad and devastating what the world lost.”
“He was very much a light,”
“He wanted people around him to be happy, wanted to help people. That’s the type of kid he was. I have an 11-year-old and a 6-year-old. He was my kids’ favorite player. He always engaged with them.”
