State Farm Stadium is an American multi-purpose stadium in Glendale, Arizona, United States, west of Phoenix.

It serves as the home of the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League and the annual Fiesta Bowl.

The Stadium replaced Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe as the home of the Cardinals.

It was established in 2006 as Cardinals Stadium. Later on that year in September, the University of Phoenix acquired naming rights, renaming it the University of Phoenix Stadium, in an initially 20-year agreement.

After Phoenix’s 20-year agreement expired, in September 2018, it was named after an insurance company State Farm,  which has an 18-year commitment on their naming rights deal.

Since it opened in 2006, the stadium has hosted the Fiesta Bowl, 2007 and 2011 BCS National Championship Games, the 2016 College Football Playoff National Championship, Super Bowl XLII in 2008, the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XLIX in 2015, and will host Super Bowl LVII in 2023.
