Tim Mickelson is Phil Mickelson’s Caddy and his biological brother. He is the son of Mary Mickelson and Phil Mickelson Sr.

Tim Mickelson previously coached former world number-one-ranked amateur Jon Rahm at Arizona State.  Mickelson has also worked at the University of San Diego for eight years as a golf coach.

Tim Mickelson led the University of San Diego to the school’s first three NCAA appearances in program history and was named Sun Devil head men’s golf on July 10, 2011.

Tim Mickelson coached at ASU for five seasons through the 2015-16 season, including earning 2014-15 Pac-12 Coach of the Year Award.

Tim Mickelson is a four-time West Coast Conference Coach of the Year honors and was the 13th coach in the history of the program which won national titles in 1990.

Tim Mickelson spear-headed the most successful season in USD history in 2009-10, leading the Toreros to a school-record five tournament victories and 10 top-five team finishes.

Tim Mickelson’s brother Philip Mickelson is an American professional golfer who currently plays in the LIV Golf League.
