Tom Vitale is widely known as the second husband of actress Valerie Bertinelli.

Vitale is an American financial planner, TV producer, internet personality, and entrepreneur.

Tom Vitale and Valerie Bertinelli met shortly after Bertinelli divorced her first husband, late guitarist Eddie Van Halen. She was introduced to Vitale by her brother, Patrick Bertinelli, while she was visiting her parents in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Tom Vitale and Valerie Bertinelli got engaged in March 2010 after dating for six years.

The couple tied the knot on January 1, 2011, in their Malibu home in front of 100 guests.

During their 10-year marriage, Bertinelli and Vitale co-founded the e-commerce company Veebow, however, the company reportedly closed in 2018. Vitale also appeared on his wife’s TV sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2012), and her Food Network show Valerie’s Home Cooking (2015-2020).

Valerie Bertinelli filed for legal separation from Tom Vitale in November 2021, citing “irreconcilable differences.” She then amended her petition to ask for a divorce in May 2022, which was finalized in November 2022.

Tom Vitale and Valerie Bertinelli have no children together. But, he has two children from a previous relationship; Andie Vitale and Angela Vitale, while Valerie Bertinelli has a son with ex-husband late guitarist Eddie Van Halen; Wolfgang Van Halen.
