Tyler Bertuzzi is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Tyler Bertuzzi was born on February 24, 1995, in Sudbury, Ontario, to Angela Bertuzzi and Adrian Gedye.
Tyler Bertuzzi’s mother Angela Bertuzzi is an educational assistant. He has two brothers: Evan and Matthew Gedye.
Tyler Bertuzzi comes from a family of Hockey players. His cousins, Tag and Jaden Bertuzzi, also play hockey. Tag was selected second overall by Guelph Storm in the 2017 OHL draft.
Tyler Bertuzzi is also the nephew of former NHL player Todd Bertuzzi. Tyler began playing hockey at a young age and quickly showed promise as a skilled and physical player.

After a successful junior career in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he played for the Guelph Storm and the Detroit Junior Red Wings.
Tyler Bertuzzi was selected by the Red Wings in the second round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut in 2016.
On March 2, 2023, Bertuzzi was traded to the Boston Bruins in exchange for a conditional first-round pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft and a fourth-round pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.
