Desire Alualu is best known as the wife of Tyson Alualu, an American football defensive end for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League.

Desire and his husband Tyson Alualu tied the knot in 2005 and together they share six children Tyree Alualu, Dereon Alualu, Tydes Alualu, Tyten Alualu, Tyson Alualu and Deonne-Skye.

Desire’s husband Tyson Alualu had started College in California in the summer of  2005, but he returned home before fall semester classes to get married and to see the birth of his first child, Tyreé.

He returned to California and enrolled in January 2006.  The couple’s daughter Deréon was born in 2008, they now have 6 children total with the addition of Tydes born in 2011, Tyten born in 2015, Tyson-Jaxx born in 2017, & Deonne-Skye born in 2020.

Desire’s husband Tyson Alualu plays as a defensive end for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. He wears the jersey number 94 for the Steelers.

Alualu was subsequently selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round (10th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

On March 21, 2017, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed Alualu to a two-year, $6 million contract that includes $1.75 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $1.25 million

Tyson Alualu has since played 13 seasons for the Steelers and Jaguars. He has 254 solo tackles, 152 assists, 24.5 sacks and 3 fumble recoveries.
