Vicky Wright, the daughter of footballer Billy Wright and the fiancée of comedian Bobby Davro, passed away at the age of 63.

Her daughter Kelly described her passing as “incredibly devastating” on Wednesday.

“Unfortunately, my beloved mother Vicky passed away this morning. She treasured your love and support in so many ways, therefore I wanted to use this platform to let you all know.

Billy Wright, a former Wolverhampton Wanderers player who represented England from September 1946 to May 1959 and became the first Englishman to receive 100 caps, was Wright’s father. After retiring, Billy Wright became a TV football analyst.

Vicki Wright death: How did Bobby Davro’s fiancee die?

In April, Davro, 64, told the Daily Star Sunday tabloid that his girlfriend had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

He verified to the PA news agency that she passed away on Wednesday morning at St. Peter’s Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey, flanked by Kelly and Davro.
