Mexican professional footballer Victor Guzmán, popularly known as Pocho, was born on February 3, 1995. He plays in the midfield for Liga MX team Guadalajara. at 2012, Guzmán enrolled at the Guadalajara youth academy. Guzmán’s one-year loan to Pachuca was officially confirmed in June 2015.

On August 11, 2015, he faced Monterrey in his first game as a professional. In a 4-1 away victory over Club América at the Estadio Azteca on January 23, 2016, he scored his first goal. Ten months after his last game, on August 24, 2020, he made a comeback in a league match against Mazatlán, scoring the game-winning penalty kick in stoppage time to give his club a 4-3 victory.

Víctor Guzmán does not have any children. In terms of Guzman’s international career, Sergio Almaguer called him up to the Mexico U-20 squad for the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship in Jamaica. He played five matches there and scored the third goal in a 3-0 win over Honduras in a group stage encounter.
