Was Rale Rasic Russian? Was Rale Rasic born in Australia?

Rale Rasic was born on December 26, 1935, in Dole, Kingdom of Yugoslavia, modern-day Bosnia and Herzegovina. He migrated to Australia in 1962 but returned to Yugoslavia after a year and a half to serve in the army. He came back to Australia to play football in the Victorian Cup in 1974.

He died on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at age 87. Many people expressed their condolences after his death was announced.
