The Phrase ‘Depeche Mode’ means means “hurried fashion” or “fashion dispatch”.

The French word was derived from a French fashion magazine called ‘Depeche Mode’.

The Depeche Mode band has sold over 100 million records across the world. One of the band’s founding members, Andy Fletcher, passed on recently at age 60

The original leader of the band, Clarke, changed the initial Depeche Mode from a customary rock band into an electronic music act.
