Lil Loaded died at the age of 20 on May 31, 2021, apparently by suicide by a gunshot wound to the head.

His mother discovered him dead and called the police. When police arrived, they found his mother crying outside the house, and she told them Robertson was inside with a gunshot wound to the head.

She claimed he was upset because he had broken up with his girlfriend the night before.

Lil Loaded began rapping in late 2018. His first song was “B.O.S.,” a cover of YNW Melly’s “Butter Pecan.”

He rose to prominence in 2019 after YouTuber Tommy Craze included his song “6locc 6a6y” in a reaction video in which he watched 0 views YouTube music videos. “6locc 6a6y” was certified gold in May 2021, after it had received over 28 million views on YouTube.

Epic Records later signed Robertson. In 2019, he released his 6locc 6a6y mixtape, and in 2020, he returned with A Demon in 6lue and Criptape.

On the first anniversary of his death, May 31, 2022, Robertson’s team released “Cell Tales” posthumously.
