Charlie Simpson is an English singer, songwriter and musician best known as a member of the multi-BRIT Award-winning rock band Busted and the lead vocalist of the British post-hardcore band Fightstar.

Busted released a third studio album Night Driver in November 2016 and their fourth album Half Way There, on 1 February 2019 which reached number 2 in the UK.
In his career as a group and solo act, Charlie Simpson has sold over five million records worldwide, winning two Brit Awards and being nominated for two Kerrang! Awards.
Charlie Simpson first gained prominence with pop rock/pop punk act Busted with whom he won two BRIT Awards, and Record of The Year in 2004 as a trio. Simpson has had four number-one singles with Busted and two top-20 singles with Fightstar.
