In November 2013, Arráez signed as an international free agent with the Minnesota Twins. He made his professional debut with the Dominican Summer League Twins in 2014, hitting.348/.433/.400/.833 and driving in 15 runs.
In 2015, he hit.306/.377/.388/.765 with 19 RBI for the GCL Twins. He hit.347/.386/.444/.830 with 3 home runs and 66 RBI for the Cedar Rapids Kernels in 2016.

Arráez reached base five times in an 8-6 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on June 5, 2022, with four hits and one walk.
Against the New York Yankees on June 9, 2022, Arráez, Byron Buxton, and Carlos Correa each hit consecutive home runs off Gerrit Cole to start the bottom of the first inning.
On June 11, 2022, Arráez hit his first major league grand slam against Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Shane Baz.
Arráez was named to his first MLB All-Star Game as a reserve for the American League on July 10, 2022.
