Who Are Dafne Keen’s Parents, Will Keen & María Fernández Ache?

Dafne Keen is the daughter of Will Keen and María Fernández Ache, both of whom are accomplished actors. Will Keen is a British actor known for his work in theater, television, and film. He has appeared in various productions, including the BBC series Sherlock and the Netflix series The Crown.

María Fernández Ache is a Spanish actress, theater director, and writer. She has worked in numerous television series and stage plays, contributing significantly to the performing arts in Spain. María has also been involved in directing various theatrical productions.

Dafne Keen was born on January 4, 2005, in Madrid, Spain. She made her acting debut in the television series The Refugees (2014), where she starred alongside her father.

Dafne’s big break came in 2017 when she was cast as Laura in James Mangold’s superhero film Logan. Laura is a child clone of Wolverine, which was played by Hugh Jackman. Casting director Priscilla John endorsed Dafne for the role, highlighting her innocence and vulnerability, which she believed would captivate audiences.

Logan was both a commercial and critical success, often cited as one of the best superhero films ever made.  Looking ahead, Dafne is set to star in the horror film Whistle, directed by Corin Hardy, and in Night Comes, the directorial debut of Jay Hernandez.
