Jake is introduced in the post-credits scene. Harrow is shown in a mental institution in the post-credits scene. Harrow is taken from the hospital by an unknown figure and placed in a white limousine with a suited Khonshu waiting inside.

Khonshu says, “Meet my friend, Jake Lockley.” In the rearview mirror, Jake’s eyes can be seen. As he turns to face Harrow, he’s wearing a newsboy cap and has a threatening look in his eyes.
Jake says in Spanish, “Today is your turn to lose.” As the camera pans up to reveal their London location, he raises a gun and shoots Harrow, then drives away with Khonshu and Harrow.

So, what does all of this mean? Jake Lockley is a Marvel comics character, to begin with. Like Steven, he’s one of Marc Spector’s personas created by his dissociative identity disorder. In the comics, Jake is a taxi driver who gathers information for Marc, the mercenary, and Steven, the billionaire who funds their efforts.
