Who is Noussair Mazraoui, the Moroccan player playing for Bayern Munich?

Noussair Mazraoui is a professional soccer player who plays as a full-back for the Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Morocco national team.

He was born on November 14, 1997, in Leiderdorp, Netherlands.

Mazraoui started his football playing career at the age of 4 with a local team named AVV Alphen where he stayed for three years.

He then joined Alphense Boys for a year before signing with the youth system of Ajax in 2006.

After passing through the ranks, he was promoted to Ajax’s second team known as Jong Ajax in 2016 where he played for two years.

Mazraoui was subsequently promoted to the main team in 2018 and stayed there for four years before signing with German side Bayern Munich on a four-year contract on May 24, 2022.

Internationally, Mazraoui represented Morocco national team at under-20 level before calling up to the senior side in 2018.

In the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Mazraoui was named among  Morocco’s 26-man squad.
