On January 22, 1992, Vincent Aboubakar was born in Garoua, Cameroon. Before relocating to Europe in 2010, Vincent Aboubakar is thought to have started his career with Coton Sport. In Europe, Valenciennes and Lorient of the Ligue 1 were two teams that Vincent Aboubakar was known to have played for.
In France’s top tier competitions, Ligue 1, Vincent Aboubakar is known to have made 109 appearances and scored 26 goals. In 2014, Vincent Aboubakar joined Porto. He played in 125 games and scored 58 goals.

Why did Abubakar leave Al Nassr?

Aboubakar offered himself to Rudi Garcia knowing that Al-Nassr would have to give up a foreign player to make way for Ronaldo. Aboubakar said he had “offers” to play elsewhere and that he wanted to leave the team for “family reasons” even though he still had six months left on his Al-Nassr contract.

Aboubakar decided to go for free to Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia after Besiktas failed to make a better offer. “He was well-liked before that conclusion. You could obviously tell something was wrong with the team in the games he didn’t play in, claims Kalafat.

Vicent Aboubakar’s contract has been terminated by Al Nassr in order to make room for new addition Cristiano Ronaldo. Following weeks of rumors, it was confirmed last week that Ronaldo has left Manchester United after just two years to join the Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
