Yair Rodriguez is a Mexican mixed martial artist. He currently competes in the Featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). After winning The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America, Rodriguez signed on with the UFC in 2014. As of July 18, 2022, he is ranked #2 in the UFC featherweight rankings. At the age of five, Rodriguez started learning Taekwondo.

On October 10, 2011, Rodriguez participated in his first professional mixed martial arts (MMA) battle at Mexican Fighter Promotions 8. Jonatan Guzmán was decisively defeated by him. Rodriguez made his official UFC debut on November 15, 2014 at UFC 180 when he faced Leonardo Morales in the featherweight championship match of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America. Rodriguez defeated Morales in the finals by a unanimous vote.
