Lydia-Rose Bright is an English television personality. She is best known for starring in the ITVBe reality television series The Only Way Is Essex. In 2016, she took part in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls. In February and March 2017, she took part in the fourth series of Channel 4 reality series The Jump.

Lydia is mum to daughter Loretta, age two, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, Lee Cronin. Lydia has been a single mum right from the start, as she and Cronin split up when she was 11 weeks pregnant.

Lydia Bright admits she ‘feels overwhelmed’ being a single parent due to putting herself under ‘enormous pressure’. The former TOWIE star, 32, who is a single mother to daughter Loretta, three, admitted she faced ‘mum guilt’ when turning to family and friends for help.
Speaking to Kate Ferdinand on her Blended podcast, Lydia said she ‘doesn’t feel like a single parent’ anymore as she has a ‘village’ who helps raise her little girl.
