By using isav you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What isav Does
isav helps you download publicly available Instagram media to your own device. We do not store or host any content: at the moment you download, our server fetches the file from Instagram's servers and relays it straight to you, and nothing is kept afterwards.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Only download content you have the right to use.
- Respect copyright. Media belongs to its creators, so obtain permission before reposting or using it commercially.
- Do not use isav for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Only public content is supported; do not attempt to access private material.
4. No Warranty
isav is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Instagram may change its systems at any time, which can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, isav is not liable for how you use downloaded content or for any damages arising from use of the service.
